1982 x 45ft cruiser style narrowboat. Built by Dave Clarke BMC 1.8 engine, solid fuel stove, fixed double. New galley cupboard and drawer fittings in Shaker style white. New carpets and freshly decorated. Plating 6/6/3. Quarry tiles to galley floor. Diesel tank capacity approx 50 gals and water tank approx 150 gals. 240volt landline and from 3 domestic & 1 starter battery. Bottom blacked March 2008 with new anodes then too. Roof repainted 2009. Very comfortable boat, shower, Paloma water heater. I lived on this dear little boat for four years and she did me a treat. Now we've gone landside, hence reason for sale. Pse note: I have reduced this boat now to very competitive price! so only vno offers accepted unless I win the lottery! :) |

This boat was our home for 2 years and now is up for sale. We had two excellent years on her, but have moved back into a house owing to becoming self employed and needing more space for an office.
It is a very dry boat, with excellent warm heating (an essential for the last 2 years awful winters).
She has a redoxide paint (we took it back to the metal in all except the roof). You can paint her the colour of your choice!
She is excellent value and you get a lot of boat for the money.
