Description

Surya is a stunning boat. She is immaculate both inside and out. She is a 57’ Aqualine Manhatten built in 2014. She was last blacked in 2021 (Epoxy 2 pack), the engine was serviced in April 2024, and she had a full survey in February 2023 (available in the office for viewing).
The gas bottles (with changeover valve) are in the bow locker. The well deck has a cratch cover (new in 2023) and the 770 litre stainless steel water tank sits under. There are seats / storage lockers either side with a little fold down table, and there is also a remote controlled light so you can turn it on from the towpath in the dark.
Through the glazed front doors into the saloon. She is fitted out in Ash with a solid Ash floor. This has a diesel Morso Squirrel stove, a cupboard & some shelves, a 32” Smart TV and an L shaped dinette which converts into a spare double berth (storage under).
The galley has side hatches either side (with glazed inner doors). The worktops are granite and there are plenty of storage options. Utilities comprise of a 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill, a 12v Shoreline fridge (with icebox), a stainless steel sink & a 5 bottle wine rack.
The bathroom is next. The loo is a macerator pump out, the basin is ceramic and there is a corner shower with a frosted glass door. There is also a heated towel rail.
The bedroom is in the aft cabin. The fixed double bed measures 6’1”x3’9” and has storage under. There is a wardrobe / cupboard at each end of the bed, and there are cupboards over.
Steps lead up to the semi trad stern deck which has a tonneau cover (new 2023)
She is propelled by a Barrus Shire 45 (with hospital silencer, and navigation is assisted by the bowthruster. 230v is from the landline or 3kw Victron inverter. 12v is from the bank of 660ah Deep cycle AGM domestic batteries. All the lights are LED (including under gunwale lighting in the corridor.
She is centrally heated by a Websato diesel fired boiler, and hot water is heated by the Webasto, the engine or the immersion heater.
She is a lovely boat, in extremely good condition both inside and out, and is ready for immediate occupation.
