Weedon Northamptonshire UK|
Built by Gary Gorton in 1999 to house her beautiful Kelvin J2 engine.
A very pretty boat with great lines both above and below the water. Harrier goes backwards almost as well as she does forwards!
Interior features include fixed double bed in the back.
Shower room with pump out toilet (we get about 4 weeks with two on board full time)
Kitchen is a hand made one off piece of art, made from steel topped off with a unique concrete and resin worktop.
There is fitted dishwasher and washing machine, 12v fridge and an Induction hob for summer cooking.
Opposite sits the lovely Rayburn that provides all the heat and cooking you could ever need during winter.
The spacious lounge area includes 12v TV and comfy Parker Knoll sofa that if turned around provides a spare bed.
LED lighting throughout the boat.
In the engine room sits the heart of the boat.
This engine is in great condition and has always been very well maintained, she will start first pull of the handle or you can press that start button.
We never intended to sell Harrier and so have amassed quite a lot of spare parts that will be included in the sale including brand new pistons and big end bearings. Also included is a spare propeller and tail shaft.
240v power for the boat is provided by the 3.5kva genset under the tug deck and controlled from a panel inside the main cabin.
12v via 90a alternator and adverc controller coupled to two trojan battery's we found this was plenty of power whilst we lived aboard.
Currently Harrier is gas free as this is what worked well for us but the gas pipework is there and we will include 2x 13kg gas cylinders, regulator and gas hob should you want re install gas cooking.
Her Hull shows little sign of wear and has been regularly blacked (Yearly during our ownership). Dock photos from August 2021.
