Description

Alice Annie is a very presentable 60’ Semi Trad built in 2005. She was fitted out by First Cheshire on a Heron Boatbuilder shell.
She was last blacked in Septemeber 2023 and had six new anodes fitted at the time. There is also a full survey from August 2023 which is in the office for inspection.
The well deck has the stainless steel water tank under and is covered by a cratch cover. There is a seat / locker on the starboard side. Steps lead into the saloon which is a whopping 16’ long. This has a solid fuel stove, and the rest is open plan leaving a blank canvass for the new owners, but there is plenty of room for a sofabed, armchairs, dining table etc...
The galley is next. There is a four burner gas hob with oven & grill, the sink is stainless steel and the fridge is a 12v Bomann with icebox. There is plenty of storage and a side hatch on the port side adds light and air.
The bathroom is a walk through arrangement. The loo is a Thetford cassette, the basin is ceramic and there is a tiled shower cubicle with sliding doors. There is a heated towel rail on the wall above the loo.
The bedroom is the aft cabin and measures nearly 12’ long. The fixed double measures 6’4”x4’ and has storage under. There are cupboards above (with reading lights under) and at the foot of the bed is another cupboard and a wardrobe. The washing machine is under the step leading to the rear deck.
The semi trad cockpit has a bench / locker on the starboard side, and the engine, an Izusu 42 is under the deck boards. A pramhood protects the rear deck from the elements.
230v is from either landline hook up or the 3kw Victron inverter / charger. 12v supply is from the bank of 3 domestic batteries. There are also 200w of solar to keep the batteries topped up. All the lights are LED.
She is centrally heated by an Autoterm diesel fired boiler, and the hot water is heated by the Autoterm of the engine.
She is a lovely boat, ready for immediate occupation.
