HULL: This beautiful SM Hudson boat has a 15mm base plate with a 6/5/4 steel construction, with a traditional josher style bow with a green and cream livery and red trim, she draws a 27” draught. She has an attractive cratch painted with traditional roses and covered with a black canvas (new 2018). She has two sets of side doors, brass mushrooms and a pigeon box.
Under the bow deck is a stainless steel water tank and the stern houses a diesel tank aprox 182l. Casablanca was commissioned and Owned by the vendors since new and with that comes a whole host of information on her build stage by stage.

FIT OUT : She has a 47ft 6” cabin which has been spray foam insulated and lined in oak finished ply with oak trim, all the cabinets are also made of oak. The floor is carpet throughout except for linoleum in the galley. The windows have cream and maroon brocade curtains and porthole cushions.
Entrance is through two partially glazed doors and down two steps, in to an open and airy cabin, with a Morso squirrel stove in the one corner set on a tiled hearth and surround. A corner unit with display cabinet in the other. This houses the tv set and radio along with the radiator. The rear of the saloon houses an L shaped dinette with a demountable table and storage under along with a small wine rack set in to the end, the dinette also converts to a bed. Over the dinette is a glass fronted display cabinet. There are a set of side doors decorated with traditional roses and castles, light is provided by roof and wall lights.
GALLEY(8ft/2.4m):The U shaped galley is nestled between the salon and the dinette, she has custom built units with a glass fronted unit. She has a Corian grey speckled worktop with a white tiled surround. There is a stainless steel undermounted sink with a stainless steel hob and matching Vanette oven. It also has a shoreline 12v fridge. Opposite the galley area is a double cupboard.
DINETTE (6.6ft/2.01m):This functional pullman style dinette seats four and has a good sized table and with a double power socket it make a really useful work space. The dinette has drawers under and also converts to a double bed.
BATHROOM (6ft/1.82m): Has a Dometic dump through toilet with stainless steel holding tank. Over the toilet is a small cabinet and a vanity unit with sink which has a mirror over with light and a razor point. There is a fully glazed shower cubicle tiled with attractive cream tiles with a decorative border.
BEDROOM (9ft/2.7m): Has a fixed double with storage under and cupboard over with reading lights. At the foot of the bed are display shelves and a full height cupboard and a small cupboard on the other side. There is a central access door to the engine room, with a drop down step for easy access. There are portholes for light and ventilation.
ENGINE ROOM (4ft6/1.4m) & ELECTRICS : Beta 43 with twin alternators and a PRM 150 gearbox, a Mastervolt inverter charger with landline connector and 1 starter and 4 domestic batteries. A Mankuni diesel heater and 4 radiators plus a solid fuel stove.
OTHER EQUIPMENT: - 2x13kg gas bottles, 3 x fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, mooring equipment. Water hose and reel, anchor, life ring, safety ladder and lifejackets of various sizes.
