An ideal long term cruising or residential craft of “go anywhere” dimensions, Que Sera Sera is a reverse layout semi traditional narrowboat built in 2016 by Mirfield Boat Builders. She has been the liveaboard home to her owners since launch.
She is in very good condition, and has just had a hull survey and a fresh blacking.
The semi trad stern deck is covered by a pramhood & has the Canaline 38 under. There is also a separate water tank in the engine room for the washing machine.
Steps lead down into the well equipped 12’6”galley. Utilities comprise of a 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill, microwave, sink, and a washing machine. There is an abundance of storage and work surface.
The saloon follows. The L shaped sofa converts to provide a spare double berth and has storage under. There is a solid fuel stove, an additional (new) armchair and a wall mounted 28” TV (which also displays the CCTV footage from the 4 security cameras on the roof). A wall mounted fold down table with stools provides the dining area.
The bathroom is a walk through one with an electric flush Dometic cassette loo, the shower is in a quadrant cubicle and the basin is ceramic.
The main bedroom is on the forward cabin. This has two single beds, but could be reconfigured to house a double. There is a lot of storage in here including a large wardrobe. Steps lead up into the covered cratch area - there is also a 3kw generator in here.
She is well equipped; she has 1000w of solar, a 3kw inverter, the main water tank holds 600 litres and she has a Mikuni central heating system. Hot water is from the engine, the Mikuni or an immersion heater. All the lighting is LED.
She is ready for immediate occupation and raring to go!
